الشروط والأحكام:

• يجب على العميل تقديم معلومات صحيحة عند الطلب.
• المطعم غير مسؤول عن أي تأخيرات في التوصيل بسبب معلومات خاطئة أو ناقصة.
• جميع الأسعار المذكورة على الموقع تشمل الضرائب حسب القوانين المحلية في سلطنة عمان.
• المطعم يحتفظ بالحق في تعديل أو إلغاء أي من العروض أو الأسعار دون إشعار مسبق.
• يحق للمطعم رفض الخدمة لأي عميل دون الحاجة لتوضيح الأسباب.

Terms and Conditions:

• Customers must provide accurate information when placing an order.
• The restaurant is not responsible for any delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete information.
• All prices listed on the website include taxes as per local laws in Sultanate of Oman.
• The restaurant reserves the right to modify or cancel any offers or prices without prior notice.
• The restaurant has the right to refuse service to any customer without the need to explain reasons.

إجراءات التوصيل - Delivery Procedures

إجراءات التوصيل:

• بعد إتمام عملية الشراء والدفع، يتم معالجة الطلب خلال 30 دقيقه بالحد الاقصى.
• التوصيل يتم في غضون 30 إلى 60 دقيقة من تأكيد الطلب.
• يجب على العميل توفير معلومات دقيقة لعنوان التوصيل ورقم الهاتف لسهولة التواصل.
• في حال وجود أي عقبات أو تأخيرات في التوصيل بسبب الظروف الطارئة، سيتم إبلاغ العميل بالتأخير والسبب.

Delivery Procedures:

• Once the purchase and payment are completed, the order is processed within 30 min.
• Delivery is made within 30 to 60 min of confirming the order.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery address and phone number for seamless communication.
• In case of any obstacles or delays in delivery due to emergencies, the customer will be notified of the delay and the reason.

سياسة الاسترجاع - Return Policy

سياسة الاسترجاع:

• العملاء لديهم الحق في استرجاع الطلبات أو استبدالها في غضون 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط أن لا يكون قد تم فتح الطعام أو تناول جزء منه.
• في حالة الرغبة في الاسترجاع، يجب على العميل التواصل مع خدمة العملاء في المطعم وتقديم الفاتورة الأصلية.
• سيتم استرجاع المبالغ المدفوعة وفقًا لوسيلة الدفع التي تم استخدامها.
• سيتم خصم رسوم التوصيل من المبلغ المسترجع.

Return Policy:

• Customers have the right to return or exchange orders within 3 days of receipt, provided that the food has not been opened or consumed.
• If wishing to return, customers must contact the restaurant's customer service and present the original invoice.
• The amounts paid will be refunded according to the payment method used.
• Delivery fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
